Kia Mexico announced today that it has shipped its 2 millionth vehicle, achieving this milestone in just 8 years and 3 months after production began in May 2016.

Yoon Seung Kyu, Head of Kia’s North American Headquarters and President of Kia America, commented, “Producing 2 million vehicles in just over 8 years is a testament to Kia Mexico’s dedication and achievements.” He added, “Kia Mexico has been crucial to our success, producing market-leading models like the best-selling Forte sedan.”

The 2 millionth vehicle produced was the 2025 All-New K4 in Snow White Pearl. This next-generation compact 4-door sedan will be exported to approximately 190 countries. The LX, LXS, and EX models will be available starting in the second half of this year, with the GT-Line and GT-Line Turbo to follow.
