Stray Kids hinted at a masterpiece with their new album ATE through a mash-up video.
JYP Entertainment posted the Stray Kids ATE Mashup Video on its official social media channel on the afternoon of the 10th, offering fans a sneak peek at tracks from the new album ATE.
The video combines segments of tracks 1 through 7 from the album, including the title track “Chk Chk Boom,” along with “MOUNTAINS,” “JJAM,” “I Like It,” “Runners,” “Again Tonight,” and “Stray Kids.” It harmonizes various genres of songs that showcase the group’s unique musical style atop lively beats.
The video also highlights Stray Kids creating the album in a record production factory, symbolizing that ATE is a collaborative effort completed by all eight members. Dynamic transitions, CD-like round images, and visually engaging angles enhance the enjoyment of both watching and listening.
The mini-album, ATE, will feature a total of 8 songs that comprise the 7 songs showcased in the mashup video along with a festival version of “Chk Chk Boom.” The group’s in-house producing team, 3RACHA, which consists of members Bang Chan, Chang Bin, and Han, led the production of all the songs. Felix also contributed to the songwriting and composition of the 5th track, “Runners.”
