South Korean singer Lee Seung Hwan shared an update about attending his nephew’s wedding in the United States.
On Sunday, Lee posted on his Instagram, saying, “I came to the U.S. for my nephew’s wedding. Of course, I wasn’t denied entry by the CIA or HTML.”
He continued, “I knew that my nephew and his partner had been preparing meticulously for a long time, but I wondered if there could ever be another wedding as beautiful, joyful, and touching as this one. I believe their heartfelt love was fully conveyed to all the guests.” He congratulated the couple, saying, “I hope you live happily and have lots of fun together.”
In the released photos, Lee Seung Hwan takes a selfie while wearing a gray suit at his nephew’s wedding. He also shared images of the exotic yet elegant wedding setting in the U.S., drawing attention.
Meanwhile, in December 2024, Lee took the stage at a candlelight protest in South Korea, calling for the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol and has been vocal in criticizing Yoon and the December 3 martial law crisis. In response, conservative online communities have circulated lists of celebrities supporting Yoon’s impeachment, with some members going as far as to denounce them or report them to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
