Global superstar Ariana Grande continues her partnership with HYBE America (HBA).

On June 14, HYBE and Grande signed a new business partnership agreement with HBA, the U.S. subsidiary of HYBE. The specifics of the contract’s duration and conditions were not disclosed, but it is known that the existing management contract has been converted into a partnership agreement under new terms. As the first step of this contract, Grande will join HYBE’s global superfan platform, Weverse. Weverse, which has been steadily expanding its lineup of domestic singers, actors, and artists, will gain a significant boost with Grande’s addition.

HBA plans to explore various creative opportunities, including continuing collaboration with Grande’s beauty brand, REM Beauty.

Grande first formed a connection with Ithaca Holdings and its subsidiary SB Projects in 2013. She became a part of HBA after HYBE acquired and merged with Ithaca Holdings in 2021.

Grande is a singer-songwriter and actress recognized for her exceptional vocal, and expressive abilities and high level of musicality. She has produced numerous mega-hit songs to date. Most recently, her seventh studio album, Eternal Sunshine, topped the Billboard 200 (as of March 23), and the song “We Can’t Be Friends” reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100.

Meanwhile, HYBE is strengthening its competitiveness in the U.S. market to establish itself as a leader in the global entertainment industry. During 2023, the company expanded its scope by acquiring and merging with Ithaca Holdings in 2021 and QC Media Holdings, one of America’s top hip-hop labels. HYBE America manages global pop stars such as Justin Bieber, The Kid LAROI, Ozuna, and rapper Kaliii.
