South Korean actor Park Sung Woong, who tackled seven different roles in the film The Desperate Chase, shared his insights on the experience.

A press conference for the movie The Desperate Chase, directed by Kim Jae Hoon, was held at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Actors Park Sung Woong, Kwak Si Yang, Yoon Kyung Ho, and director Kim Jae Hoon attended the event and shared their perspectives.

During the event, Park Sung Woong stated, “I played seven different roles,” adding, “It felt like we only filmed for an hour, but I remember spending five hours on makeup.”

He further explained, “I portray a con artist, but a good one,” noting, “Instead of focusing on any specific aspect of acting, I highlighted various points.” He shared his experience: “It was my first time dressing as a woman and wearing a bra, which felt very constricting. I have great respect for women.” Regarding his role, he remarked, “Those moments were memorable, and all the characters were a lot of fun.”

Meanwhile, The Desperate Chase portrays a chaotic pursuit involving a con artist, a detective with anger management issues, and an organized crime boss, all converging on Jeju Island for their own reasons. The film is set to be released on August 21.
