Aespa unveiled the remix versions of the double title tracks from its first full album, “Supernova” and “Armageddon,” today.

SM Entertainment’s dance music label, ScreaM Records, is currently working on the iScreaM project, which focuses on remixing tracks by SM artists. The remix version of aespa’s song, the 33rd single in this series, is available on various music streaming platforms as of today.

The remix of “Supernova” features Canadian producer and singer-songwriter Grimes. In contrast, the remix of “Armageddon” includes contributions from UK-based producer and DJ Flava D, as well as South Korean producers 2Spade and Mount XLR.

These remixes offer fresh interpretations of the original songs: “Armageddon” showcases its grandeur through powerful bass. At the same time, “Supernova” creates a dreamy atmosphere, envisioning the aftermath of a supernova explosion as if painting on a canvas.

Aespa’s “Supernova” has achieved an impressive milestone by topping the weekly charts on major South Korean music platforms Melon and Genie for 15 consecutive weeks after its release. Notably, it set a new record for the longest duration at number one since the platform launched in November 2004, breaking a 20-year-old record.
