The agency representing TWICE’s Jihyo has addressed the rumors linking her romantically with Yoon Sung Bin, the former skeleton national team athlete.

On the 25th, JYP Entertainment told News1, “Due to the private nature of this issue, we find it challenging to provide confirmation. We appreciate your understanding.”

A media outlet previously reported that Jihyo and Yoon Sung Bin have been dating for about a year. According to the report, the two met through an acquaintance and grew closer through their shared interest in sports, eventually developing into a romantic relationship.

Jihyo debuted in the music industry with TWICE in 2015, where she has shone as the group’s main vocalist. She ventured into solo performances with her EP ZONE in August last year. TWICE is on a global tour, planning to perform in 27 locations worldwide, including a scheduled performance at Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka, Japan, on July 13-14.

Yoon Sung Bin rose to fame as a skeleton racer who won Asia’s first-ever sledding gold at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. Following his retirement from the national team after the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, he transitioned to television, appearing in Netflix’s ‘Physical 100’.
