HLB Global announced on Wednesday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Nodcure, a company specializing in health supplements and pharmaceuticals, for joint development and clinical collaboration on next-generation health supplements on Tuesday.

This partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to discover and commercialize innovative health supplement ingredients.

The two firms plan to establish a comprehensive collaborative framework, covering everything from research and development of functional materials to clinical trials, regulatory approvals, product development, and global distribution, with the goal of leading the next-generation health supplement market.

Nodcure is a biotech startup that develops health supplements, pharmaceuticals, and immuno-oncology treatments for pets, focusing on microbiome and natural ingredients.

The company possesses key technological expertise in material development, including screening functional probiotics, conducting non-clinical efficacy tests, and analyzing mechanisms of action.

HLB Global has established itself as a leader in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) sector, boasting top-tier operational capabilities and marketing know-how. The company successfully manages several best-selling and long-standing health supplement brands.

HLB Global particularly excels in brand strategy and marketing, backed by years of international export experience and a robust global distribution network.

The partnership will focus on various collaborative efforts, including discovering new functional ingredients, conducting foundational research, clinical and regulatory cooperation for registering individually recognized materials, developing product formulations, commercialization, and joint participation in government-supported projects.

Following the agreement, the companies plan to form a working committee to develop detailed business plans and launch joint research initiatives.

An HLB Global spokesperson stated that this agreement marks a significant milestone in the healthcare business, which they’re cultivating as a future growth driver. By combining Nodcure’s product development expertise with our global distribution infrastructure, it aims to create new opportunities for growth in the healthcare sector.
