Classys, a global leader in medical aesthetic devices, announced on Tuesday that it successfully concluded its Classys Global Customer Summit (CGCS) 2026 on March 22 at the Vista Hall of the Grand Walkerhill Seoul Hotel in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

Now in its second year, this flagship event hosted by Classys drew over 500 medical professionals from around the world. The impressive turnout, which included healthcare providers from more than 20 countries such as the U.S., Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan, underscored Classys’s expansive global network and industry influence.

The summit featured a series of academic sessions with presentations from both domestic and international medical experts. Practitioners from the U.S., Taiwan, Japan, and Korea shared their clinical outcomes and hands-on experiences with key Classys equipment. Dr. Corinne Erickson, a renowned U.S. dermatologist, spotlighted the clinical excellence and rapid market penetration of Volnewmer, launched in the U.S. in late 2024. She emphasized its competitive edge as a cutting-edge radiofrequency device. Following this, Dr. Hwang Je-wan, co-author of a recent clinical paper on Volnumer, delivered an engaging in-depth lecture based on his extensive clinical experience, capturing the audience’s attention.

Dr. Carl Cheng, a leading Taiwanese dermatologist, presented over a year’s worth of clinical data and treatment results for Classys’s innovative laser Reepot. His presentation convincingly demonstrated the device’s exceptional efficacy and technological superiority. The event also showcased the Quadessy, a microneedling radiofrequency (RF) device launched in South Korea last year, highlighting its rapid treatment speed and remarkable effectiveness. These presentations collectively reinforced the competitiveness of Classys’s next-generation energy-based device (EBD) portfolio.

The summit was further enhanced by the presence of celebrity brand ambassadors: Park Seo-joon for Volnumer and Chae Soo-bin for Shrink. In a notable first, both ambassadors appeared together to introduce Volrink, a synergistic procedure combining Volnewmer and Shrink treatments. This joint appearance emphasized both the star power behind the brands and the expanding range of treatment options.

A Classys spokesperson stated that this Global Customer Summit provided a valuable platform to share the proven efficacy of our flagship products with medical professionals worldwide and to strengthen the customer partnerships. It intends to establish this as an annual event, reinforcing the position as a global market leader in aesthetic medical devices.
