SEERS is expanding its artificial intelligence (AI)-based arrhythmia diagnosis business in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and broadening its footprint in the Middle East market.
The company announced on Thursday that it showcased its AI arrhythmia diagnosis solution MobiCare and AI inpatient monitoring platform thynC at the International Family Medicine Conference (IFM) 2026 in the UAE.
IFM is a prominent medical event that brings together family medicine, primary care, and preventive medicine professionals from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, including the UAE. This year’s 13th edition focused on key topics such as AI, digital health, preventive medicine, and cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
As the sole Korean participant and gold sponsor, SEERS took part in the official conference and exhibition program. The company introduced its products to primary healthcare institutions and medical professionals who will be using MobiCare in the UAE’s national health screening program.
On Tuesday, Kim Sung-jong, SEERS’s Chief Business Officer (CBO), delivered a presentation on The Convergence of Wearable Sensors and Medical AI. The following day, he engaged in discussions with global healthcare professionals about continuity of care using wearable devices and remote monitoring.
This event coincided with SEERS’s efforts to translate its May supply contract for MobiCare with PureHealth, the UAE’s largest healthcare group, into actual sales and local operations.
The contract, valued at approximately 22 billion KRW (about 16 million USD), involves supplying 105,000 MobiCare patches to PureHealth. SEERS is now preparing for initial production and local supply while planning to expand its AI arrhythmia diagnosis services in the UAE’s national health screening and outpatient markets.
MobiCare is a service that uses wearable electrocardiogram (ECG) devices to measure long-term heart data and analyze arrhythmias using AI. Its key advantage is the ability to detect intermittent arrhythmias that are often missed in traditional tests.
In addition to its international efforts, SEERS is expanding the adoption of MobiCare and thynC in domestic medical institutions. thynC is a system that aids medical staff in patient management by providing real-time monitoring of vital signs, including ECG and oxygen saturation, for ward patients.
Leveraging its experience in digital healthcare from domestic medical institutions, the company is accelerating its global market entry. The UAE project is set to be a significant test of MobiCare’s global business potential through large-scale overseas deployment.
Building on its UAE operations, SEERS plans to extend its reach into neighboring GCC countries. During the event, the company explored additional collaboration opportunities with local medical professionals and business partners.
CBO Kim stated that its goal is to successfully establish the operations in the UAE and use this as a springboard to expand across the GCC, positioning the Middle East as a key driver of SEERS’s global growth strategy.
