The United States has rapidly emerged as the epicenter of the booming global short-form drama market. Appfigures reports a staggering 8000% growth in the U.S. short-form drama market, skyrocketing from 1.8 million USD in Q1 2023 to 146 million USD in Q1 2024.

Shortcha’s U.S. debut showcases a diverse lineup, featuring Watcha’s original short-form dramas alongside popular titles from the U.S., U.K., China, and beyond. This curated selection aims to cater to the eclectic tastes of global viewers while bolstering Shortcha’s unique content offerings.
