Wanna One, reuniting as a full group, is set to make a splash at KCON LA 2026.
CJ ENM announced on Tuesday that the final lineup for KCON LA 2026 has been confirmed, featuring 34 acts. The event will take place from August 14-16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena.
Wanna One is slated to perform on the opening day, August 14, with a special stage in the works. This marks their triumphant return to KCON after a nine-year hiatus since their 2017 appearance. The performance will showcase nine members, with Kang Daniel absent due to military service and Lai Kuanlin pursuing his directorial career in China.
Sources reveal that despite their packed schedules, the members have been diligently preparing for this long-awaited reunion, driven by their shared desire to perform together again. Fans are eagerly anticipating this sure-to-be unforgettable moment.
The M Countdown stage will light up Los Angeles for three consecutive nights. NCT 127, ZEROBASEONE, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER are set to headline each day of KCON LA 2026, with each act delivering an hour-long set. Up-and-coming rookie artists will warm up the crowd with pre-show performances.
KCON has some special stages in store as well. The Master of Ceremonies (MCs) of Mnet’s M Countdown – So Jeong Hwan, Park Geon Wook, and Gye Hun, affectionately known as Oi Sobak-i – will kick things off with a special stage. ZEROBASEONE will debut their new track “Exotic” from their sixth mini-album, while member Kim Tae Rae will perform a solo cover of IU’s “Love Wins All.” Fans can also look forward to Meovv’s cover of BLACKPINK’s “Jump,” and a collaboration between Alpha Drive One and beatboxer Wing on “FORMULA.” These diverse performances promise an engaging, interactive show.
Wanna One, who shot to stardom after forming through Mnet’s Produce 101 in 2017, has been making waves with their recent reunion. From April to June, they captivated audiences with their reality show Wanna One Go: Back to Base, further fueling excitement for their upcoming KCON appearance.
