Tyler Duckworth, a contestant on the hit American reality show “The Challenge,” has died at the age of 44.
Several U.S. media outlets, including TMZ and People, recently reported that Duckworth was found dead in his home on August 11.
According to law enforcement, a neighbor reported a water leak from the ceiling of Duckworth’s apartment. The building manager entered the premises and discovered Duckworth in the bathtub. Police found no signs of physical trauma and stated that the exact cause of death would be determined through an autopsy.
The news has shocked many, as Duckworth had been actively participating in public events as recently as July 31.
Duckworth first entered the reality TV scene in 2006 with MTV’s “The Real World: Key West,” but it was his victory on MTV’s “The Challenge” that catapulted him to fame.
