ZEROBASEONE’s Sung Han-bin has kicked off his first solo venture.
The Live Label, Sung’s agency, announced on Tuesday that the rising star unveiled the scheduler image for his debut extended play (EP), “DEAD:ALIVE,” via his official social media platforms.
The schedule reveals an exciting rollout, starting with the release of the “Killin’ Me” performance video on September 28. Fans can look forward to a series of teasers, including the tracklist, concept photos and films, a highlight medley, and the music video poster. The highly anticipated EP is set to drop on October 12, marking the official launch of Seong’s solo career.
“DEAD:ALIVE” represents a significant milestone for Seong Han-bin, serving as his first solo EP three years after his initial debut. The project is said to explore themes of self-transcendence, chronicling his journey of breaking through personal limitations and fearlessly stepping into a new chapter of his artistry.
Seong first caught the public’s attention as a contestant on Mnet’s 2023 survival show “Boys Planet,” which led to his debut with ZEROBASEONE. Within the group, he quickly established himself as a versatile performer, showcasing his talents in both vocals and dance.
In related news, ZEROBASEONE wrapped up their group activities with a concert in March, marking the end of their initial contract. The group has since reformed with five members: Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae, Sung Han-bin, Park Geon-wook, and Kim Ji-woong, signaling a fresh start for the K-pop act.
