NONGSHIM is set to make waves at KOOM Week 2026 in Manhattan, New York, celebrating the 40th anniversary of their iconic Shin Ramyeon and showcasing their global success story.

The ramen giant announced on Friday that they’ll be rolling out a Nongshim Pavilion dedicated to Shin Ramyeon from October 14 to 18 at the event.

Visitors will get a taste of Shin Ramyeon’s journey to becoming a household name in over 100 countries, highlighting its history of bold moves and game-changing innovations. This marks Nongshim’s second consecutive year at the event, building on last year’s buzz.

The excitement doesn’t stop there – foodies can hit up a collab food truck with New York’s trendy Everyday brand right outside on 23rd Street. Get ready for some mouth-watering fusion eats featuring Nongshim products, like Shin Ramyeon pork cutlet burgers, Jjapaguri tteokbokki, and Shin Ramyeon tteokbokki.

Nongshim’s strategy? Turning the K-food craze into unforgettable brand experiences.

KOOM Week, the brainchild of Korean American entrepreneur and investor network UKF, is taking over Manhattan with pop-up exhibitions, investor meetups, and live performances. Last year’s event was a smash hit, drawing in over 13,000 curious visitors.
