North Korea has supplemented and displayed numerous historical materials at the Party Founding Historical Museum in anticipation of the Workers’ Party’s 80th anniversary.

On October 3, the Workers’ Party’s official newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, reported on its front page that this year marks the 80th anniversary of the party’s founding. Museum officials and staff have reorganized the academic structure and exhibition layout of the galleries to present the revolutionary history more intuitively and vividly, categorizing the displays by content and period. They have also respectfully exhibited visual materials, artworks, and historical documents of the great leaders.

The newspaper emphasized that under the careful guidance of the esteemed General Secretary, the newly arranged Party Founding Historical Museum, now a lasting treasure of the Juche Revolution, illustrates how the historical foundations of the dignified and victorious Workers’ Party of Korea were established. It also showcases how the unity of the people, bound together by the party’s ideology, has produced remarkable achievements.

On page 2, it was reported that Defense Minister No Kwang-chol participated in the unveiling ceremony of a statue dedicated to the North Korean military on October 1. Minister No stated that the future of our two nations’ peoples, who continuously strengthen their combat friendship and unity, will always be filled with victory and glory.

The newspaper further reported that on October 2, Kim Jong Un, the General Secretary of the Party, held a commemorative meeting marking the 10th anniversary of his on-site guidance at the Paektu Mountain Hero Youth Power Plant.

On page 3, a national art exhibition celebrating the party’s 80th anniversary was showcased at the Korean Art Gallery. Additionally, on October 2, a delegation from the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan arrived in Pyongyang to celebrate the party’s 80th anniversary.

Page 4 featured an article titled, How Has the Activity of Propagandists Been Strengthened?, which noted the emergence of an advancing spirit through the exchange of successful experiences. It emphasized the need to secure sufficient materials for propagandists.

On page 5, the report stressed the importance of data-driven decision-making, stating that to fully demonstrate the power of a self-reliant economy and maintain a solid upward trend, it is crucial to consider data as the foundation of all work.

The Ministry of Education reported that it is deepening its plans to innovate the entire education sector. In general education, specific plans have been established for implementing the second comprehensive 12-year compulsory education program. Plans for higher education focus on enhancing quality through structural innovation, aiming to contribute to the country’s scientific, technological, and economic development.

On page 6, an article titled, There Can Be No Satisfaction or Limits in Moral Cultivation, emphasized that moral development is an ongoing process of self-improvement. It argued that when individuals continuously strive to cultivate high moral standards, society benefits from more refined and noble trends.
