North Korea emphasized the importance of nurturing creative and innovative talents through artificial intelligence (AI) education for students.

The ruling party’s official newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, published an article on Page 5 on Thursday titled, Innovative and Distinctive Curriculum Contributing to Educational Advancement, highlighting the AI education facility at Jinju Advanced Middle School in Nangnang District.

The newspaper reported that this facility is equipped with various modern educational tools and devices. Students learn basic knowledge ranging from simple algorithms to robot design, production, and operation.

On the front page, an article stated that the party’s absolute commitment to serving the people and its revolutionary spirit are the driving forces behind the realities of civilization and revival. The newspaper emphasized that the people are the foundation and lifeblood of the revolutionary party, underscoring that prioritizing the masses is the party’s most crucial ideology.

Page 2 discussed the significance of regional development policies. The newspaper cited Kim Jong Un’s past on-site guidance, attributing the achievements in constructing local factories and housing to the supreme leader’s interest and care.

Page 3 featured an article titled, Party Organizations in Local Industrial Factories Must Fulfill Their Mission and Role. It urged party organizations to visit advanced production units to learn from their experiences and technologies, actively engage in product development competitions, and focus on quality improvement.

Page 4 reported on the completion ceremony of the Kaesong Building Materials Factory, which took place on Wednesday. The newspaper noted that all officials and workers pledged to advance more vigorously toward the goal of self-reliance in the modernized facility.
