Seventeen-year-old South Korean golf prospect Oh Soo Min will compete in a U.S. junior tournament alongside Kai Trump, granddaughter of U.S. President Donald Trump, and Charlie Woods, son of golf legend Tiger Woods.

On Tuesday, the U.S. media outlet Golf Channel released the participant list for the Sage Valley Junior Invitational, a prestigious junior major tournament.

This tournament features 36 male and 24 female players, bringing together top-tier junior golf prospects worldwide.

This year’s event will occur from March 20 to 23 at Sage Valley Golf Club in South Carolina, USA.

Kai, who turns 17 this year, is ranked 2,342nd in the Junior Scoreboard (JGS) rankings. She is set to join the University of Miami’s golf team. She has over one million YouTube subscribers, making her a well-known figure in the U.S. Recently, she signed a sponsorship deal with TaylorMade, further increasing her recognition.

Charlie Woods, already familiar to golf fans due to his multiple tournament appearances with his father, is ranked 713th in the JGS rankings. He won the PGA Junior Cup in August 2023.

South Korea’s promising golfer Oh Soo Min joins them in the competition.
