Nikola Jokic, this season’s NBA regular season MVP, has been chosen for the NBA First Team.

Jokic has been selected as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the NBA regular season by the Denver Nuggets. This season’s All-NBA First Team consists of the top five players.

The NBA office announced the 2023-2024 All-NBA Team roster on May 23rd (KST). In addition to Jokic, the First Team, which consists of the five most outstanding players this season, includes Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder), Luka Doncic (Dallas Mavericks), Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks), and Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics).

Jokic and Gilgeous-Alexander both landed in the top spot in the Western Conference; receiving all 99 first-place votes.

Doncic received 98 first-place votes, Antetokounmpo got 88, and Tatum received 65. Only two players who made the NBA First Team, Doncic and Tatum, advanced to the conference finals.

The Second Team, which follows the First Team, includes Jalen Brunson (New York Knicks), Anthony Edwards (Minnesota Timberwolves), Kevin Durant (Phoenix Suns), Kawhi Leonard (LA Clippers), and Anthony Davis (LA Lakers).

The Third Team of this season’s NBA consists of LeBron James (LA Lakers), Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Domantas Sabonis (Sacramento Kings), Tyrese Haliburton (Indiana Pacers), and Devin Booker (Phoenix Suns).

James, who was the youngest player to make the NBA Second Team at age 20, now holds the record for being the oldest player to make the All-NBA Team at age 39.
