Samsung Electronics unveiled its 2025 lineup of smart monitors on Tuesday, introducing three new models: the M9, M8, and M7.

The flagship M9 (32-inch) marks a milestone as the first smart monitor to feature an OLED panel. The M8 (32-inch) boasts an iconic slim design that seamlessly blends into any space, while the M7 (available in 43-inch and 32-inch sizes) offers enhanced portability with its innovative new moving stand.

All three models are equipped with cutting-edge AI features to elevate the viewing experience. These include “AI Picture Optimizer,” which automatically adjusts picture settings based on content type, and “Active Voice Amplifier Pro,” an advanced audio processing technology that analyzes dialogue, background sounds, and ambient noise to deliver crystal-clear speech.

The M9 model stands out with its OLED panel, delivering unparalleled depth in blacks and vivid color reproduction. It has earned Pantone’s seal of approval for both Pantone Color Validation and Pantone Skin Tone Validation, accurately reproducing over 2,000 Pantone colors and 110 skin tones.

Samsung’s proprietary OLED Safeguard+ technology addresses concerns about burn-in, ensuring worry-free usage. For gaming enthusiasts, the monitor is compatible with NVIDIA G-SYNC and supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technologies, paired with a lightning-fast 165Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms response time, ensuring smooth, tear-free gameplay even in high-performance scenarios.

Responding to the growing trend of portable displays, Samsung has introduced the Moving Stand Standard, a new L-shaped arm-type stand compatible with the M7 smart monitor. This innovative stand allows effortless height adjustment with a gentle push. The previous I-shaped moving stand has been rebranded as Moving Stand Lite.

Samsung will market the new moving stand bundled with the M7 as the Moving Style M7. The company plans to roll out a range of Moving Style products, pairing the new stand with various TV models in the near future.

The M9 will hit the market in silver, priced at 1.99 million KRW (about 1,462 USD). The M8 will be available in warm white for 900,000 KRW (approximately 661 USD), while the M7 will come in white and black, with prices ranging from 560,000 to 690,000 KRW (approximately 411 to 507 USD), depending on size and color.
