Dongwha Electrolyte, a subsidiary of Dongwha Enterprise, will showcase its future strategies at InterBattery 2026, held at Convention & Exhibition Center (COEX) in Seoul from March 11-13. The company announced on Wednesday that it will present its research and development (R&D) roadmap and strategies for addressing global regulations. The R&D roadmap will highlight core technologies for electrolyte additives, including multifunctional additives, high-performance electrolytes for ultra-high-capacity batteries, cost-effective solutions for lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and lithium manganese-rich (LMR) batteries, and next-generation materials like all-solid-state and lithium-sulfur batteries.
Dongwha Electrolyte will reveal its current research status and long-term goals in these areas.
The company will also demonstrate its artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven innovations in development and quality control, as well as strategies to navigate domestic and international battery regulations.
A Dongwha Electrolyte spokesperson stated that it’ll share the business strategy in response to evolving trade conditions, focusing on our core supply chain status, approaches to global battery regulations, and its environmental, social and governance (ESG) due diligence framework. They added that the exhibition booth’s design concept visually represents the electrolyte manufacturing process and its characteristics.
To enhance visitor engagement, the company has installed kiosks within the booth, offering industry-related frequently asked questions (FAQs) and digital brochures.
In addition to the exhibition, Dongwha Electrolyte will participate in the 15th The Battery Conference and Battery Job Fair 2026, which run concurrently with the main event.
The company representative expressed optimism about showcasing Dongwha Electrolyte’s capabilities and potential to both domestic and international clients and visitors.
