Samsung Electronics will showcase residential and commercial air conditioning solutions in collaboration with the FlaktGroup at Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) 2026, Europe’s largest Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) exhibition, opening on Tuesday in Milan, Italy.

This marks Samsung’s inaugural joint participation with Flakt Group since its acquisition last November. The event runs through March 27 at Milan’s Fiera Milano exhibition center.

MCE, a biennial event, is Europe’s premier HVAC trade show, attracting over 1,900 global companies this year. Samsung’s 500-square-meter booth will feature central air conditioning solutions developed with FlaktGroup, artificial intelligence (AI) Wind-Free air conditioners, and high-efficiency Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) heat pumps, all tailored for the European market.

Samsung’s exhibit integrates five FlaktGroup indoor units with its DVM S2+ outdoor unit, highlighting its central air conditioning capabilities powered by a Building Management System (BMS) platform. The flagship CAIRplus air handling unit offers customized climate control for large spaces, while the compact Geko fan coil unit boasts whisper-quiet operation and precise temperature regulation. These innovations position Samsung to deliver specialized HVAC solutions for high-tech environments like data centers and clean rooms.

For residential customers, Samsung unveils its redesigned 2026 AI Wind-Free Combo Pro wall-mounted air conditioner. This cutting-edge unit features AI Motion Wind technology, adapting airflow to users’ lifestyles. Visitors can experience seven distinct wind modes at the booth.

Responding to Europe’s emphasis on energy efficiency, Samsung has bolstered its EHS heat pump lineup. The new EHS All-in-One unit harnesses air and electricity to provide heating, cooling, and hot water simultaneously, significantly reducing carbon emissions compared to traditional fossil fuel boilers. It employs R32 refrigerant, which has a lower global warming potential than R410A, and incorporates an AI Savings Mode powered by SmartThings to optimize energy use.

The commercial section spotlights Samsung’s DVM system air conditioner range for large spaces. The entire DVM S2+ lineup now uses R32 refrigerant, with on-device AI continuously learning from the environment to maximize operational efficiency.
