Samsung Electronics has officially launched the PC version of its Samsung Browser, expanding its presence in the increasingly competitive multi-device browser market.

The company announced on Thursday that it has released the PC version of the Samsung Browser. This comes approximately four months after its initial beta rollout in the United States and South Korea last October.

With this new PC version, users can now enjoy a seamless browsing experience across both mobile and desktop platforms. Bookmarks and browsing history sync in real-time, allowing users to pick up exactly where they left off on any device.

Moreover, the Samsung Pass feature enables users to access login information and auto-fill personal data on their PCs, facilitating easy logins using saved authentication details.

Samsung has also integrated cutting-edge Agentic AI capabilities into this browser. The AI comprehends the context of web pages users are viewing and executes natural language commands to assist with various tasks.

For example, if a user requests a travel itinerary while browsing a travel information page, the AI will generate a suggested travel plan based on the locations mentioned on that page, considering logical routes and timing.

The browser has also significantly improved its ability to comprehend video content. It now offers video summaries and can locate and play specific scenes on demand.

Furthermore, Samsung has expanded the browser-based AI experience by analyzing users’ search histories and open tabs to provide highly personalized responses and suggestions.

The Samsung Browser PC version is compatible with Windows 11 and Windows 10 (version 1809 and above). The Agentic AI feature will initially be available in the United States and South Korea, with plans to expand to other countries in the near future.
