Hansol PNS has completed copyright registration for seven manufacturing information technology (IT) solutions and filed patents for core technologies in its specialized artificial intelligence (AI) platform. The company aims to bolster its competitiveness in the manufacturing AI transformation (AX) sector by securing intellectual property for its existing solutions that manage production, logistics, and safety data.

Industry sources reported on Thursday that Hansol PNS has registered several manufacturing IT solutions, including: Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Environmental Safety and Health Management (ESH), Equipment Management System (PAM), and Impacto AI Atlas, a manufacturing-focused AI platform.

A Hansol PNS spokesperson stated that they’ve secured core intellectual property (IP) from the 30-year expertise in developing production, logistics, equipment, and safety management systems for the manufacturing IT sector. Custom solutions are crucial in this field, as they must be tailored to each company’s unique production items, processes, and equipment environments.

The significance of manufacturing IT solutions has grown as factory data becomes increasingly vital for AI model training and analysis. The ability to reliably implement systems that collect, refine, and analyze production, quality, and equipment data—and integrate analysis results into on-site operations—can make or break manufacturing AX initiatives.

Hansol PNS has also filed patent applications for three core technologies in its proprietary Impacto AI Atlas.

Impacto AI Atlas is a manufacturing-specific AI platform that works in tandem with IT solutions like MES to analyze production processes and predict quality. It offers features such as equipment anomaly detection, improvement recommendations, and automation of repetitive tasks.

Through these patent applications, the company seeks to secure rights to the technological framework that enables AI to analyze factory data and integrate insights into operational systems.

Earlier this year, Hansol PNS launched Impacto AI Atlas and showcased its manufacturing data analysis and process optimization capabilities at the Smart Factory and Automation Industry Exhibition (AW2026) in March.

Hansol PNS plans to leverage its copyrights and patents to enhance the uniqueness of its manufacturing IT solutions while addressing the growing demand for AX from domestic and international manufacturers.

A Hansol PNS representative affirmed that it will continue to secure essential intellectual property, including copyrights and patents, to support the AI transformation efforts of manufacturing companies worldwide.
