North Korea is intensifying its efforts to foster patriotism among its citizens by displaying additional slogans, mottos, and propaganda posters with patriotic themes across the nation.

On Thursday, the Workers’ Party’s official newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, reported on its front page that party organizations throughout the country are prominently exhibiting a variety of striking, direct propaganda materials imbued with patriotism. These materials, designed to be ideologically potent and emotionally stirring, are actively fueling the patriotic fervor of millions of citizens mobilized to accomplish the tasks set forth by the party.

For instance, the Sunchon Cement Complex has posted over 300 slogans, including, Let’s Unite in Patriotism, along with more than 500 mottos and large propaganda boards. Meanwhile, the party committee in Unjon County has added over 1,500 pieces of visual propaganda materials.

North Korea is gearing up for two major political events: the 80th anniversary of the party’s founding next month, followed by the 9th Party Congress. In preparation for these milestones, the regime appears to be ramping up efforts to strengthen internal cohesion and maximize achievements.

In a separate article on the same front page titled, Let’s All Live and Struggle Like Socialist Patriots, the newspaper emphasized that the nation’s revolutionary movement is at a critical juncture in completing the five-year plan, underscoring the importance of collective dedication in both workplaces and at various posts.

The newspaper declared that the campaign to emulate socialist patriots is a patriotic movement aimed at strengthening and prospering the homeland, urging every citizen, as a member of the glorious Kim Jong Un era, to actively strive to live and struggle in the manner of socialist patriots.

Moreover, the article stressed the importance of finding at least one way to contribute positively to the country and further cultivating a collective spirit of mutual support and guidance. It emphasized that citizens should not simply shed tears of gratitude for the nation’s benevolence, but must become individuals of integrity capable of repaying the country’s grace through concrete actions.
