Samsung Electronics announced on Sunday that its The Frame Pro TV has been recognized for its excellence, receiving the Innovation Awards 2026 from CNN Underscored, CNN’s product evaluation platform.

CNN Underscored selects innovative products across categories such as home goods, beauty, and travel through expert analysis and real-world testing, and bestows them with the “Innovation Award.”

The media outlet praised Samsung’s The Frame Pro, stating that it transcends the limitations of existing art TVs by eliminating complex cables and delivering powerful picture quality. They described it as the first art TV to truly achieve gallery-like minimalism, functioning as both a high-quality display and an art piece.

CNN Underscored highlighted the Wireless One Connect Box as the most significant innovation. They explained that this technology wirelessly transmits video and audio signals, allowing users to simply connect power to the display without dealing with complex cables or bulky accessories. This design gives the screen a floating appearance.

The review also commended The Frame Pro’s strong picture quality. They noted that the application of Neo QLED technology has significantly enhanced contrast and brightness, while the matte display provides stable picture quality for viewing art, TV shows, or movies.

Earlier, Samsung showcased The Frame lineup at CES 2026, the world’s largest electronics exhibition in Las Vegas.

The American economic publication Business Insider recognized the 98-inch The Frame as one of the most anticipated display trends for 2026, leading the ultra-large trend. U.S. IT review platform Gadget Match featured it as the Best of CES 2026, while other tech outlets, including Residential Systems and Gadgety, also selected The Frame as a top product at the event.

Samsung continues to strengthen its leadership in the art TV industry, with The Frame at the forefront. The company has expanded its Samsung Art Store, an art subscription service, to include key lineups, including QLED, Neo QLED, Micro LED, and Micro RGB TVs.

The Samsung Art Store offers over 5,000 works from renowned museums, galleries, and artists worldwide in 4K quality, allowing users to enjoy art at home as if they were visiting a museum.
