APR’s beauty brand Medicube has secured shelf space in approximately 400 Costco Wholesale Corporation stores across the U.S. This expansion into the membership-based warehouse retail channel, following its presence in Ulta Beauty, Target, and Walmart Inc., signals a rapid acceleration of Medicube’s offline business growth in the U.S. market.

On Monday, APR announced that Medicube products have officially launched in about 400 Costco Wholesale Corporation locations this month. Concurrently, the brand completed its rollout to all domestic Costco Wholesale Corporation stores in South Korea.

Looking ahead, APR aims to expand Medicube’s presence to all U.S. Costco Wholesale Corporation locations and plans a phased entry into Costco stores in Canada and Europe.

The initial product offering at Costco Wholesale Corporation features a specially curated version of Medicube’s flagship Zero Pore Pad.The company intends to broaden its product range within Costco, with plans to introduce items from the PDRN line in the future.

According to the company, Medicube’s Zero Pore Pad has maintained its position as the top-selling product in Amazon’s toner and essence category since February of last year.

Medicube’s offline distribution network in the U.S. has seen rapid expansion over the past year. The brand’s journey began with approximately 1,400 Ulta Beauty stores in August 2025, followed by over 1,500 Target locations in April 2026, about 3,000 Walmart Inc stores in June, and now more than 400 Costco Wholesale Corporation locations. This growth has diversified Medicube’s retail presence from specialty beauty stores to major supermarkets and warehouse clubs.

The company is also set to penetrate regional sales networks. Medicube is poised to enter around 3,000 CVS Pharmacy locations nationwide by year-end. This strategic move aims to establish a balanced mix of national distribution networks and local channels, increasing consumer access to Medicube products through various offline touchpoints.

APR is leveraging consumer demand generated through online platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop to fuel its offline distribution network expansion. The company’s strategy involves tailoring product offerings and configurations to suit the unique characteristics of each retail channel, creating a comprehensive multi-channel distribution structure that seamlessly integrates online and offline sales.

APR’s North American operations have shown remarkable growth. The company reports that North American sales for the first half of this year reached 647.9 billion KRW (approximately 486 million USD), marking a staggering increase of over 260% compared to the same period last year. This figure represents a thirtyfold increase from 2021 levels.

An APR spokesperson expressed optimism about the Costco Wholesale Corporation partnership, stating that the entry into Costco significantly expands consumer touchpoints for Medicube and strengthens the sales foundation across key retail channels. It’s committed to enhancing the competitive edge in the U.S. market by strategically balancing the growth between major retailers and local channels.
