The daughter of Hollywood star Tom Cruise, Suri, has been spotted once again using her mother’s middle name, dropping her father’s surname.
According to a Page Six report on June 23, Suri’s name was listed as Suri Noelle instead of Suri Cruise in the graduation program from LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York on June 22. Katie Holmes’ full name is Katie Noelle Holmes. In early May, Suri took her mother’s middle name and used the name Suri Noelle at a school play.
There was no sign of Cruise in the graduation photos and videos obtained by the media. It was reported that Tom Cruise attended a concert by pop star Taylor Swift in London with Travis Kelce, Swift’s boyfriend and a football player.
Cruise and Holmes married in 2006 and had Suri, but they divorced in 2012. Suri was six years old at the time. The reason for the divorce is known to be Cruise’s belief in Scientology. After the divorce, Cruise essentially had no contact with Suri, which is also reported to be influenced by the doctrine of Scientology.
It is not known whether Suri has legally changed her name. The media reported that Suri plans to enroll at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh for the Fall Semester.
