Today, the South Korean military will train with helicopters to prepare for the 76th Armed Forces Day event.

Seoul City issued a safety alert, informing citizens that between 2 PM and 4 PM, there may be noise from flights related to the Armed Forces Day event.

According to the military, four Army Apache helicopters will conduct flight training this afternoon from Nodeul Island in Yongsan District to Gwanghwamun Square in Jongno District.

These flights appear to be part of the preparations for the parade that will take place around Sungnyemun and Gwanghwamun during Armed Forces Day.

The Armed Forces Day parade, scheduled for October 1st, will be held under the slogan “A Strong Military Together with the People!” This marks the second consecutive year of the parade, which will showcase a variety of aerial and ground equipment in a patriotic display.
