Sony Group announced on Wednesday that it has been named one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” by Ethisphere, the global ethical business management evaluation organization, for the seventh consecutive year.

Ethisphere is an organization that defines and studies corporate ethical practices. It evaluates global companies’ ethical management levels annually and determines the “World’s Most Ethical Companies.”

This year, a total of 136 companies from 44 industries across 19 countries were selected.

Sony Group received high marks in five categories: corporate ethics, governance, ethical culture, environmental and social impact, and value chain support initiatives.

A Sony spokesperson stated that honesty and integrity are the company’s core values. They mentioned that, with their 110,000 employees worldwide, Sony will continue implementing transparent management practices to inspire the world.
