Samsung Electronics announced on Friday the launch of its 2025 model, AI Bubble Wash. This innovative appliance enhances washing performance and reduces energy consumption, noise, and vibrations through advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Samsung Electronics has now integrated AI across its entire washing machine lineup, including the Bespoke AI Washer drum machine, the all-in-one Bespoke AI Combo washer-dryer, and the new AI Bubble Wash.

The 2025 AI Bubble Wash series incorporates various AI technologies to improve washing efficiency, save energy, and minimize noise and vibrations.

The AI Custom Wash feature uses a 10-level weight detection system to optimize water usage. It can identify three fabric types—delicate, towels, and regular—and adjust rinse time and intensity accordingly. This ensures that even the most delicate items can be washed confidently.

Samsung Electronics has also implemented an AI Vibration Noise Reduction System that can decrease vibrations by up to 33% based on floor hardness detection, resulting in quieter operation. Users can further reduce energy consumption by up to 20% by connecting to SmartThings via Wi-Fi and activating the AI Energy Saving Mode.

Additional features include the AI Course Link, which suggests appropriate drying cycles based on the selected wash program, and the Download Course option, which offers customized washing for seven different types of laundry, from denim to baby clothes. The Bubble Waterfall technology creates a rich lather by mixing water, detergent, and air, then evenly distributes it through the fabrics using a three-dimensional rotating plate.

The Bubble Waterfall feature is particularly noteworthy. It can reduce energy and water consumption by 31% and 14%, respectively, while improving fabric protection by 21%.

The AI Bubble Wash will be available in four stylish colors: Black Caviar, Deep Charcoal, White, and Lavender Gray. Depending on the color and specifications, prices will range from 640,000 to 950,000 KRW (approximately 460 to 680 USD).

Kim Yong-hoon, Executive Managing Director of Samsung Electronics Korea, emphasized that the company has enhanced user convenience by applying its proprietary AI technology to these fully automatic washing machines.
