North Korea revealed what is believed to be wreckage from a U.S. military fighter jet used during the Korean War, aiming to boost anti‑American sentiment among its people.

According to Rodong Sinmun, the Workers’ Party’s official newspaper, an article on page 6 reported that the enemy aircraft recovered from the waters off the western coast last year was exhibited at the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum.

On the front page, the newspaper highlighted that the Ministry of Light Industry had completed development of a new sizing method for school uniforms and had rolled it out nationwide. It explained that a three-size system, based on scientific and technological foundations, was introduced to produce well-fitting, stylish uniforms for students.

Page 2 covered that achievement‑discussion meetings were held from July 4 to 8 in countries including Cambodia, Belarus, France, and Brazil, in commemoration of the 31st anniversary of the state founder Kim Il Sung’s death on July 8.

An article on page 3, titled “Criticism Is Essential Nourishment for Revolutionaries,” conveyed that self-criticism and mutual criticism are considered essential for officials. It explained that fostering political awareness through such practices is seen as a means to strengthen collective fighting capacity and accelerate the development of socialism.

Page 4 contained a weather forecast from the Hydro-Meteorological Service of the DPRK, which highlighted that a strengthening monsoon front was expected in northern regions from July 20 to 23, bringing heavy rain to North and South Pyongan and Jagang provinces. The report urged nationwide officials to prepare carefully for flooding, warning that disaster prevention efforts must not allow for even the most minor oversight.

On page 5, the newspaper announced that an agricultural AI program named Golden Fruit 1.3 would soon be launched. It stated that previous agri‑tech products—such as “Golden Fruit,” “Protection,” and “Vitalizer”—developed by the Agricultural Information Research Institute had been well received by workers, and that the institute was continuing to refine them.
