Samsung Electronics’ upcoming Galaxy Buds3 Fan Edition (FE), slated for release in the latter half of this year, has unexpectedly appeared on the company’s official website. This premature exposure suggests that a formal announcement is on the horizon.

Industry insiders reported on Friday that tech news outlet Android Police had spotted Samsung’s latest wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds3 FE, on Samsung.com Panama website. However, the listing did not disclose specific features or technical details.

The page showcasing the Galaxy Buds3 FE on Samsung.com Panama site has since been taken down.

Prior to its removal, the page displayed official renderings of the earbuds in white and black. The product description invited users to immerse yourself in pure sound while blocking out ambient noise and experience superior audio quality anytime with extended battery life. The site also indicated that product shipments were scheduled to begin on Friday.

This leak appears to confirm previously rumored features for the Galaxy Buds3 FE, including active noise cancellation (ANC) and a high-capacity battery.

Leaked certification documents from Finland’s Electrical Safety Authority (FIMKO) suggest that the Galaxy Buds3 FE will boast a 100 milliamp-hour (mAh) battery in each earbud and a 900 mAh battery in the charging case.

These specifications represent a significant upgrade, offering double the battery capacity of the premium Galaxy Buds3 Pro model, which features 53 mAh batteries in the earbuds and a 515 mAh battery in the case.

Despite its positioning as a budget-friendly option, the Galaxy Buds3 FE is also expected to incorporate Galaxy Artificial Intelligence (AI) features.

However, some industry analysts have raised concerns over the leaked price point of 129 USD, considering it steep for an entry-level FE series product.

Tech news site PhoneArena expressed hope for a more competitive price, noting that last year’s Galaxy Buds FE launched at a more accessible 99.99 USD.
