Megazone Cloud is ramping up its role as an AI Orchestrator for businesses, offering an integrated solution to effectively manage diverse artificial intelligence (AI) agent operations.

The company aims to bolster its competitive edge by providing comprehensive management services. These services enable enterprises adopting multi-agent systems to seamlessly integrate AI with their internal systems and data assets.

On Thursday, Megazone Cloud Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Yeom Dong-hoon unveiled this strategy during a media day at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul, under the theme The Era of Multi-Agents and Enterprise AI Orchestrators.

Yeom explained that companies are juggling hundreds of AI software-as-a-service (SaaS) Applelications (apps) and custom agents simultaneously. Without a robust control system, this can lead to complexity and chaos. That’s why an enterprise AI orchestrator is crucial for integrating all aspects of AI service operations.

To address this need, Megazone Cloud has launched AIR Studio, an enterprise AI operating system (OS). This platform is designed to provide a unified management framework, allowing businesses to utilize multiple AI agents safely and efficiently within their organization.

AIR Studio integrates and manages various agents for companies that have adopted multi-agent systems. It performs key functions including: △ comprehensive integration of AI service operations △ design, execution, and management of AI services △ provision of a data hub for AI services.

This approach also contributes to sustainable revenue generation for businesses.

Kong Seong-bae, Chief AI Officer (CAIO) of Megazone Cloud, elaborated: The AI orchestrator matches optimal technologies to each client’s needs. It consolidates fragmented data within the company, transforming it into revenue-generating assets that ultimately translate into tangible return on investment (ROI) for the business.

As the threat landscape evolves, with increasing risks of security attacks including hacking of autonomous AI, Megazone Cloud is also establishing robust defense systems to protect corporate security environments. The company offers an integrated security monitoring service that incorporates AI through its security service brand HALO, launched last May.

Wi Soo-young, head of the HALO unit, stated that in an era where AI agents, like Anthropic’s Mistral, can potentially launch attacks without human direction, it needs a paradigm shift in defense strategies. HALO provides a hyper-automated response system where AI independently detects, assesses, and responds to threats, outpacing the speed of AI-driven attacks.

This cutting-edge technology has driven HALO’s revenue to surge by 400% last year compared to the previous year. Leveraging HALO’s hyper-automated response system, Megazone Cloud plans to maintain its steep growth trajectory in the security sector this year.

In line with its Customer Zero principle, which prioritizes internal productivity validation before offering technology to clients, Megazone Cloud is implementing AI across its internal operations this year.

A standout initiative is Project MAGI, which integrates AI agents into critical development processes. The project employs four AI agents to handle various tasks such as coding, analysis, and planning, supervised by a single human overseer who manages the AI team’s operations.

The implementation of Project MAGI has yielded impressive results. Tasks that previously required three days to complete are now finished in just one hour, slashing costs from approximately 159,000 KRW (about 107 USD) to a mere 973 KRW (0.65 USD).

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Yeom highlighted the company’s progress: Last year, it achieved the first profit since the founding, with annual revenue climbing 28% year-over-year. Having validated the AI-native strategy through these results, it’s now focusing on the role as an Enterprise AI Orchestrator to tackle the challenges of multi-agent environments within companies.
