Stray Kids has reached a new career milestone on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Billboard officially announced on Tuesday that Stray Kids’ mini-album THIS & THAT, released on August 7, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart dated August 22. This remarkable achievement marks their ninth consecutive album to not only enter the chart but also claim the top spot, cementing their status as the group with the most No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 in the 21st century.

On the Hot 100, Billboard’s main singles chart and a key indicator of mainstream popularity in the U.S. music market, the title track “This & That” debuted at No. 38, setting a new personal best for the group. This marks Stray Kids’ sixth entry on the Hot 100, following their first appearance in November 2023 with “LALALALA,” and subsequent entries with “Lose My Breath,” “Chk Chk Boom,” “CEREMONY,” and “Do It.”

The group also topped the Billboard Artist 100 chart, achieving their eighth simultaneous No. 1 on both the Billboard 200 and Artist 100. They continued their streak of nine consecutive No. 1 entries on the Top Album Sales and World Albums charts. Additionally, they secured the top spot on the Vinyl Albums chart, No. 4 on Digital Song Sales, No. 25 on the Billboard Global 200, and No. 15 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart, totaling an impressive 17 chart entries.

Since their 2018 debut, Stray Kids has released a string of hit songs including “MANIAC,” “S-Class,” “Chk Chk Boom,” “VENOM,” “LALALALA,” “Back Door,” “God’s Menu,” and “CEREMONY.” Their popularity has soared not only in South Korea but also internationally, particularly in the United States, solidifying their position as a global K-pop sensation.

Last year, Stray Kids made history as the first global artists to achieve eight consecutive No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200. They’ve now extended that record to nine with “THIS & THAT.” The group continues to break records, further establishing themselves as a powerhouse in the global music scene.

Stray Kids is set to make history again as they prepare for their solo concerts at Japan’s National Stadium in Tokyo on August 29-30, becoming the first international male artists to perform at this prestigious venue.
