BTS’ V, currently serving in the military, radiated a gentle gaze like the spring sunshine.

Big Hit Music posted the second concept photo of V’s new digital single “FRI(END)S” on the official BTS social media account at midnight on the 11th (Korean time).

V attracted fans’ attention with a vibe contrasting with the cynical feel of the first concept photo.

While the first photo focused on the solitude and cynicism of a man living his daily life alone, the second one focused on V’s soft and romantic side. The contrasting charm can be felt in the background and color of the photo and V’s expression and gaze.

V is harmonized with nature in the photo, such as sunlight, the sky, and trees. He made fans’ hearts flutter by looking at the camera with a warm gaze and a somewhat excited expression. The standout vintage style and the boyfriend’s look enhance his charm.

As the song’s release is four days away, the expectations for V’s new song are increasing as teaser videos containing parts of the music video and song and a short film that hints at the song’s message, in addition to photos, were revealed one after another.

The confession song in springtime, “FRI(END)S,” highlights V’s enchanting vocals that seamlessly move between low tone and falsetto.” The song and music video will be released worldwide at 1 p.m. on the 15th. The day after the song’s release, on the 16th, a fan event celebrating the new song release, “FRI(END)S PARTY,” will be held at a café in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
