Rosé of BLACKPINK has cemented her place in Billboard chart history with an incredible milestone.

Billboard’s latest chart preview, released on Tuesday, reveals that “APT.,” Rosé’s collaboration with Bruno Mars, has claimed the top spot on the Billboard Global 200 (excluding the U.S.). This marks an impressive 15-week consecutive reign for Rosé at the chart’s summit.

In a major twist, Rosé has now surpassed her previous tie with Mariah Carey’s holiday classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” which held the record for the longest consecutive run at number one. By claiming this solo record, Rosé has cemented her place in music history and generated even more buzz around her recent success.

While “APT.” continues to dominate globally, it experienced a slight dip in other Billboard charts this week. The track fell from No. 3 to No. 6 on the flagship Hot 100 singles chart and dropped one spot to No. 2 on the Billboard Global 200.

“APT.” is inspired by the popular “Apartment Game” in Korea. Bruno Mars’s creative input enhances the song’s infectious beat, adding a layer of polish and sophistication.

Looking ahead, BLACKPINK is preparing for a busy year, including a full-group comeback and a highly anticipated world tour that fans eagerly await.
