In just two days, the Olympic Games will host its inaugural opening ceremony on the water, sparking significant interest in the attire worn by athletes from each participating nation. The official Olympic website has identified the top ten most impressive uniforms among the 206 countries, with South Korea securing a coveted spot on this prestigious list.

The official Olympic website has curated the top 10 national team uniforms each country’s delegation will wear at the opening ceremony.

The Paris Olympics will feature 10,500 athletes from 206 countries. The opening ceremony will take place along the Seine River, showcasing Paris’s iconic landmarks and marking the first time an Olympic opening ceremony will be hosted on water.

The website selected South Korea, Mongolia, Canada, Haiti, the United States, France, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Turkey, and Sierra Leone for their exceptional fusion of sports and style in their uniforms.

Musinsa Standard crafted the uniforms for the South Korean national team. Musinsa describes the uniforms as featuring subtle shades of cobalt blue, symbolizing the East and conveying youthful vitality and initiative.

The top showcases a reinterpretation of traditional Korean court attire with belts and linings adorned with blue and white porcelain patterns. The website praised this design for “elevating sophistication to a new dimension.”

Mongolia’s national attire, created by the Mongolian clothing brand Mishel & Amazonka, has also been selected. It boasts vibrant embroidery depicting birds, landscapes, mountains, gold, and silver, representing Mongolia’s pride and identity.

The host nation, France, showcased uniforms from LVMH’s menswear brand Berluti, while the United States highlighted Ralph Lauren and Canada featured Lululemon alongside other prominent global clothing brands.
