K-pop sensation HyunA and her longtime partner Yong Jun Hyung are set to marry. The couple will hold a private wedding ceremony today at Samcheonggak in Seoul, inviting close friends and family to celebrate their special day.
In July, HyunA shared through her agency, At Area, “During difficult times, Yong Jun Hyung has been a great comfort to me, and we promised to get married as a culmination of our love.” She added, “We will be gathering close friends for the ceremony and starting this new chapter in our lives.”
At the time, the agency expressed gratitude to fans, stating, “We thank everyone who supports HyunA with warm regards. We ask for your blessings as she embarks on this significant journey both as an artist and as an individual.”
Yong Jun Hyung’s representatives also released a statement, saying, “Yong Jun Hyung and HyunA have decided to hold a wedding ceremony in October, inviting close friends, based on their deep affection and trust for each other.” They continued, “We would appreciate your warm interest and congratulations as Yong Jun Hyung begins this new chapter as a husband.”
The couple shares a rich history, having both risen to fame under CUBE Entertainment. Yong Jun Hyung featured on HyunA’s solo debut track, “Change.” Originally close friends, they officially confirmed their romantic relationship in January of this year, openly expressing their affection for one another in various public appearances.
