Meraki Place, the company behind the telemedicine platform My Doctor (Namanui Doctor), said June 17 that it generated approximately $11.5 million in revenue last year.
The figure represents roughly a sixfold increase from the previous year and exceeded the company’s internal target.
The company said the performance widened its lead over competitors and reinforced its position in the telemedicine market.
According to Meraki Place, the growth was driven by continued expansion of the My Doctor platform, along with rapid growth in newer businesses including advertising and distribution.
My Doctor provides telemedicine services and pharmacy integration. The platform also offers price-comparison tools for hair-loss medications and weight-loss treatments, vaccination booking services, and access to personal health records.
The company said the platform has surpassed 3 million registered users and records more than 1 million monthly active users, with growth continuing this year. Earlier this year, My Doctor received recognition in the digital healthcare category at the 2026 Korea Consumer Brand Awards.
Meraki Place is expanding beyond telemedicine into data-driven healthcare AI services. After launching a medical MyData service last year, the company recently introduced an AI-powered “Home Doctor” service that analyzes health screening results, medical records, and prescription histories to provide health summaries, disease-risk assessments, and personalized lifestyle recommendations.
The company also completed a Series A funding round in January. It plans to use the proceeds to recruit talent, accelerate AI transformation initiatives, and further enhance the platform.
Son Woong-rae, co-chief executive officer of Meraki Place, said the past year marked a significant step in the company’s evolution beyond telemedicine into the broader digital healthcare sector.
“Beyond strengthening our leadership position, we will continue building an environment where people can manage their health more easily and safely in everyday life through data and AI technologies,” Son said.
