On Wednesday, Seers, a wearable artificial intelligence (AI) diagnostic monitoring company, announced a distribution agreement for mobiCARE™ with ONE HEALTH LLC, a digital healthcare subsidiary of PureHealth, the United Arab Emirate’s (UAE) largest healthcare group.

This major contract includes an initial supply of mobiCARE devices (mobiCARE-MC200M) and guarantees a minimum of 105,000 units over three years, valued at approximately 14.7 million USD.

Seers has secured product approvals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, laying the groundwork for operations. Despite recent geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, the company proceeded with the contract, confident in the region’s healthcare demands and business viability.

This single contract is projected to boost annual growth by about 50% compared to last year’s mobiCARE sales of 5 billion KRW (about 3.4 million USD).

MobiCARE, a wearable AI-based electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis solution, will be utilized in hospital diagnostics and health screenings, featuring ongoing testing and data analysis post-device supply.

The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with its hypertension rates three times higher than South Korea and ECG test demand four times greater, presents a market ripe for preventive care solutions.

Seers plans to leverage this mobiCARE contract to establish its diagnostic business in the Middle East before expanding to its inpatient monitoring platform, thynC™.

Having completed a Proof of Concept at Abu Dhabi’s SSMC hospital, Seers aims to secure a full contract for bed units post-pilot phase, targeting the region’s 800,000-bed inpatient monitoring market.

A Seers spokesperson stated that 2026 marks the global expansion year, beginning with the Vietnam launch, this UAE mobiCARE export, and planned growth into Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the U.S. market. It’ll use mobiCARE to gain market entry, then gradually introduce thynC, ensuring sustainable growth and a robust revenue stream.

MobiCARE Debuts at Vietnam’s Premier National Children’s Hospital
In related news, Seers announced on the 13th the official launch of mobiCARE in Vietnam, establishing its third international base after the UAE and U.S., and accelerating its global recurring revenue service model.

Seers initiated its Vietnam operations with a pilot program at the National Children’s Hospital (NCH), the country’s largest pediatric facility boasting 2,300 beds.

The solution has proven its efficacy in ECG diagnostics, particularly in the critical continuous monitoring environment for pediatric patients, validating its technology in the public healthcare sector. Ongoing testing is expected to drive consistent demand across the hospital network.

Notably, Seers has expanded beyond hospital implementation to include screening centers, creating a scalable service revenue model based on test volume.
