Huons Group is making a strategic move into the Middle Eastern market by presenting a unified portfolio of its aesthetic products, including fillers, botulinum toxin, and skin care medical devices.
The company announced on Friday that its subsidiaries – Humedix, Huons Meditech, and Huons Biopharma – participated in Dubai Derma 2026, held from September 8 to 10 at the Dubai World Trade Center in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Now in its 25th year, Dubai Derma is a premier academic and trade event for dermatology and aesthetic medicine, catering to the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), and Indian markets. It serves as a global platform where healthcare professionals and industry experts converge to exchange knowledge on cutting-edge products and technologies.
At the event, Huons Group set up a comprehensive booth to showcase flagship products from each subsidiary. The company seized this opportunity to meet with local medical professionals and distributors, exploring avenues for business expansion in the Middle East.
Humedics put the spotlight on its leading filler brand, Elavie. The event’s opening day featured a seminar by Dr. Kim Gun-woo from Cheongdam Selclinic, who demonstrated filler application techniques for various facial areas and hands, while discussing important clinical considerations.
Huons Meditech introduced its skin care device, Derma Shine Pro, alongside its latest innovation, Derma Shine DUO RF. This advanced equipment combines radiofrequency (RF) energy stimulation with drug injection capabilities. The company highlighted improvements in injection technology that have resulted in shorter treatment times and reduced discomfort for patients.
Huons Biopharma presented its botulinum toxin product, Hutox. As of January, Hutox has secured regulatory approvals in 17 countries, including China, Russia, Thailand, and Iraq, with ongoing approval processes in Brazil.
Through its subsidiaries, Huons Group is broadening its footprint in the aesthetic sector by offering a comprehensive range of products including fillers, botulinum toxins, and energy-based medical devices.
The exhibition strategy went beyond showcasing individual products; it emphasized the synergistic offerings of all three subsidiaries, aiming to promote the group’s robust aesthetic portfolio to international markets.
Looking ahead, Huons Group plans to leverage this event to expand its network of local partnerships in the Middle East. The company aims to strengthen its market entry strategy by combining product supply with clinical education programs for medical professionals.
A spokesperson for Huons Group stated that Dubai Derma provides an invaluable platform for direct engagement with key medical professionals and industry leaders in the Middle Eastern aesthetic market. It’s committed to fostering local partnerships and expanding both the product range and business presence in this dynamic region.
