ROKIT Healthcare is set to make waves in the longevity and anti-aging market with its patent application for a telomere-protecting compound and the launch of new products. This strategic move expands the company’s reach from artificial intelligence (AI)-driven organ regeneration to everyday health management products.

The company announced that its subsidiary, ROKIT America, has filed a U.S. patent application and an international Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) application for a telomere-protecting compound. The specialized brand Telomere is slated for release in the U.S. and Korean markets this October.

Telomeres are structures that safeguard genetic information at chromosome ends. As cells divide, telomeres shorten, making them a key indicator of cellular aging.

The new compound, dubbed ROKIT TELO Active Blend, combines astragalus-derived cycloastragenol (CAG) and astragaloside IV (AS-IV), green tea-derived epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), and vitamin C. Rather than directly lengthening telomeres, the blend aims to maintain them in oxidative stress environments.

In cell experiments, the compound showed a 66.5% telomere protection rate, significantly higher than the 0.3-14.8% rates of individual components. However, these are cellular-level results, and further research is needed to confirm similar effects in humans and actual aging delay.

ROKIT America has filed a follow-up application to enhance its composite formulation patent submitted in the U.S. last September. This new filing includes additional research on telomere protection functions.

With this new product, ROKIT Healthcare aims to bridge its AI-based organ regeneration business with consumer health management. This expansion moves beyond hospital-centric organ regeneration technology to everyday health management products.

The company is implementing a PPR strategy – Predict, Prevent, Regenerate. The telomere compound falls under the prevention category. Building on its experience with cell health management products like nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), the company plans to integrate AI-based health indicator analysis and personalized health management services.

Market growth projections support this business expansion. According to Grand View Research, the global anti-aging supplement market is expected to grow from 4.78 billion USD last year to 9.06 billion USD by 2033.

A ROKIT America spokesperson stated that it plans to expand the longevity product line through the proprietary compound formulations. The goal is to establish a PPR platform that integrates organ regeneration technology with AI-based health indicator analysis and daily health management.

Meanwhile, ROKIT Healthcare is broadening its skin regeneration platform’s reach in international medical markets, ahead of its entry into China.

In April, the company secured an order from the Kuwaiti government to supply its 3D bioprinting-based skin regeneration platform to national hospitals. In Argentina’s Buenos Aires province, it received approval for Doctor In Vivo use in public hospitals and participated in a public tender for treatment kit supply.

In Japan, research applying Doctor In Vivo-based technology to wounds after non-melanoma skin cancer removal was presented at the European Wound Management Association (EWMA 2026) conference in May.
