The comprehensive survey included 11 domestic and international companies, with 877 practicing dentists and 123 non-practicing dentists participating. It covered a diverse range of respondents, from major urban centers to rural areas, and across age groups from under 30 to over 61.
In the category of response speed to service requests, Osstem Implant led with a 44.4% selection rate when dentists were asked which company dispatches service staff most quickly for equipment issues.
The company also excelled in on-site problem-solving ability. When asked about the most effective company in resolving equipment issues during service visits, 39.2% chose Osstem Implant, significantly outperforming the second and third-place companies, which received 12.1% and 8.0% respectively.
Osstem Implant maintained its lead in overall service satisfaction. To the question, Which company provides the highest satisfaction with equipment service?, 40.2% selected Osstem Implant, with runners-up scoring 9.8% and 8.7%.
