BTS has dominated the U.S. Billboard main charts for 12 consecutive weeks.

Billboard, the leading American music publication, released its latest chart (dated June 20) on June 16. The title track “Swim” from BTS’s fifth studio album Arirang secured the 43rd spot on the main singles chart, the Hot 100. Meanwhile, Arirang climbed to 11th place on the Billboard 200, the main album chart.

“Swim” claimed the second position on the Global (excluding the U.S.) chart. For 12 weeks, it has been alternating between first and second place, maintaining its stronghold at the top. On the June 6 chart, the song achieved its eighth number-one, setting a record for the most number-ones among songs released in 2026. This feat ties with the group’s mega-hit “Dynamite” for the longest-running number-one hit.

BTS’s latest single “Come Over,” released on June 12, topped Billboard’s weekly new song popularity poll with a staggering 86% of the vote. The K-pop sensation outperformed tracks by pop heavyweights such as Olivia Rodrigo, Charles Wesley Godwin, Jack White, and Bebe Rexha. The song also made waves on Spotify, entering the ‘Daily Top Song Global’ chart at number 11 on June 12 and climbing to number 22 by June 15.

Since their debut in 2013, BTS has released a string of hit songs including “Spring Day,” “Dynamite,” “Butter,” “Boy With Luv,” “DNA,” “Permission to Dance,” “I Need U,” “Idol,” “Fake Love,” and “Fire,” garnering immense popularity both in South Korea and internationally. Recently, the group swept three awards at the American Music Awards, one of the three major music awards in the U.S., including the prestigious Artist of the Year title. BTS is currently on their Arirang world tour, captivating audiences across the globe.

In a groundbreaking announcement, BTS is set to headline the halftime show at the 2026 FIFA North America World Cup final on July 19, sharing the stage with pop icons Madonna and Shakira.
