Aespa member Ningning has taken a stand against online trolls, expressing her frustration and issuing a stern warning.

On Wednesday, Ningning took to her Chinese social media platform Weibo, calling out two specific users by their handles. She wrote that she’s addressing the persistent verbal attacks directed at her, the fans, and her family. She’s well aware that these two aren’t the only culprits.

Acknowledging the youth of many of her detractors, Ningning added that she understands that most of you are quite young. She sincerely hopes that you, as the next generation, will contribute to fostering a healthier online environment.

In a bold move that caught many off guard, she concluded with a stark warning: If she come across such posts again, be prepared to face legal consequences.

Ningning is a member of Aespa, a four-member girl group that burst onto the K-pop scene in 2020. The group recently made waves with their second studio album Lemonade, released on May 29, along with its title track of the same name.
