LE SSERAFIM makes a comeback with visuals steeped in retro charm.
On Wednesday, LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chae-won, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eun-chae) released photos and videos for CHEMICAL NIGHT, the second visual concept from their upcoming single album Made My Night, via their official social media channels.
The video showcases the group’s journey through a moment of enlightenment to liberation. As the members move, light trails and afterimages create a mesmerizing effect. The dreamy visuals and diffused lighting blur the lines between reality and fantasy, captivating viewers with its cinematic quality.
The photos highlight the group’s chemistry, featuring poses where members lean on each other or stand in close proximity, emphasizing the bond and magnetism between the five. The set design cleverly incorporates laboratory equipment and transparent containers, bringing to life the themes of chemistry and experimentation suggested by the CHEMICAL NIGHT concept.
The members sport glittering outfits, bold makeup, and accessories that channel early 2000s nostalgia, ramping up excitement for their forthcoming release.
LE SSERAFIM’s second single album Made My Night is set to drop on September 11 at 1:00 p.m. (KST)
Since their 2022 debut under HYBE’s label Source Music, LE SSERAFIM has released a string of hits including “Fearless,” “Antifragile,” “Unforgiven,” “EASY,” “Crazy,” and “Spaghetti”. They most recently promoted “BOOMPALA,” the title track from their second full-length album released in May.
