Atlético Madrid secured a 3-0 victory in the fifth round of the 2026-27 La Liga at the Reale Arena in San Sebastián, Spain, on Monday.
After recent losses to Athletic Club (0-3) in the league and Liverpool (1-2) in the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Champions League, Atlético Madrid bounced back with a much-needed win. The result puts them fourth in the league standings with 3 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss (10 points).
