VIVIZ members Eunha, SinB, and Umji have found a new home for their musical endeavors.

Uncore announced on Monday that they have inked exclusive contracts with the trio. The agency expressed their commitment to providing unwavering support for the artists, who have demonstrated solid teamwork over the years, ensuring they can continue to flourish as a cohesive unit.

While negotiations with the former agency to retain the existing team name have been ongoing, disagreements over proposed terms have hindered a final agreement. Prioritizing a swift and stable return to the spotlight for the three members, Uncore is considering launching them under a fresh moniker. The new team name and detailed comeback plans will be unveiled in due course.

Back in March, VIVIZ served their former agency, Big Planet Made Entertainment, with a contract termination notice. The group cited breaches in payment obligations and management support duties, which they claimed had eroded their trust. The ensuing legal battle culminated in June when the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Division 50, under Judge Lee Sang-hoon, fully granted the injunction filed by the VIVIZ members to suspend their exclusive contract with Big Planet Made Entertainment.

Having emerged victorious from their legal tussle, Eunha, SinB, and Umji are now poised to reignite their careers under new management after a four-month hiatus.
