A controversial photo of BTS member Jungkook has been circulating online, sparking debate due to its apparent reverse retouching.
Several online communities recently shared what they claimed to be an unedited photo of the K-pop star.
The image in question captured Jungkook’s side profile at the airport last month, showcasing a surprisingly rough and uneven skin texture with numerous blemishes, which quickly drew attention from fans and critics alike.
This prompted fans and internet users to speculate that the photo had been intentionally altered to worsen Jungkook’s appearance. The stark contrast between this image and other photos taken on the same day, where Jungkook’s skin appeared blemish-free and had a different tone, fueled accusations that the controversial picture was a malicious creation by online trolls.
In other news, BTS, including Jungkook, is currently continuing their Arirang world tour in South America.
